Nearly all naturally GF. Worcestershire sauce is the only one to watch — use a GF version (Lea & Perrins original is certified GF in the UK) or just leave it out, it won't ruin it.
Can't get baby back ribs? Supermarket ribs work fine. Use a slow cooker on low for 6–8 hours instead of the oven — squeeze fresh oranges straight in and drop the halves in too. Finish under the grill or on a gas barbecue for the gnarly edges.
